How Do I Place an Order?

Our "Search & Filter" tools will help you browse and buy all types of paper, envelopes, supplies and more.
To place your order, find your products and hit the ADD to CART button. Your products are added to your shopping cart ready for checkout.

HOW DO I SELL PRODUCTS?

We offer an easy-to-use web-based portal allowing members to:

  1. Create Customized Product Listings
  2. Upload up to 2 images per listing with our Free Membership, or unlimited images with our Platinum Membership!
  3. Manage Inventory with Reports

ARE THERE ANY RULES?

If you want to play the game, you have to follow the rules.

Members Must:
  • Members must insure inventory is accurate and up to date and in good condition.
  • Members must provide complete and accurate listings that are not misleading or otherwise deceptive.
  • Members must pack product properly, blind ship and insure products.
  • Members must offer acceptable return policies, ship on time and meet high customer service standards.
Members May Not:
  • Members may not have more than one (1) account per household or business.
  • Members may not solicit or make offers to buy or sell outside of brokencartons.com.
  • Members may not add custom labels or markings on products and packaging.
  • Members may not use bots of any kind when using the site.
Breaking any of these rules violates our terms & conditions and will result in membership cancellation.

WHAT ARE THE FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THE PROGRAM?

SILVER Membership is FREE! GOLD Membership is $49/mo billed annually or $99/mo. PLATINUM Membership is $299/mo billed annually or $399/mo. Buy & Sell FREE for 30, 60 or 90 days, respectfully. More Info

WHAT CATEGORIES DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept most items commonly used in commercial & graphic arts, packaging & paper, recycling & recovery industries including but not limited to: Paper & envelopes, die cuts & labels, parts, supplies, equipment and much more?

HOW DO I GET PAID?

You will receive a settlement check approximately every two weeks for the previous two week's shipments. Settlement includes gross sales proceeds less shipping and transaction fees.

DO YOU OFFER FRAUD PROTECTION AND PAYMENT PROCESSING?

Yes! Our stringent payment protection helps avoid fraudulent orders. Members may not solicit or make offers to buy or sell outside of BrokenCartons.com

What Is The Cost of Shipping?

Shipping cost is based on weight, distance and level of service. We prefer UPS Ground service which is fast, reliable and the least expensive. Unless otherwise indicated on the order all shipments are F.O.B. shipping point. Choice of carrier and final shipping charges are set by BrokenCartons.com.

How Do I Track My Order?

When orders ship you will receive email notification with tracking information. Simply follow the link or enter your tracking number and you'll get up-to-date information in real time.

What Are My Shipping Options?

All online orders are shipped via UPS within the contiguous 48 states. Our large shipping volume and strategic alliance with UPS allows us to offer the most competitive shipping rates. For your convenience we also offer FedEx, USPS, courier, freight or messenger service. Please notify us for special shipping arrangements.

When Will My Order Ship?

Most orders ship same day for in stock items Monday through Friday, except holidays. UPS Ground guarantees shipment within 1-5 days depending on service and geographic region. BrokenCartons.com also ships outside of the United States.

Can I Ship to Canada?

Orders shipped to Canada, may be subject to import fees, duty, customs, VAT charges or additional taxes when the package arrives. BrokenCartons.com is not responsible, nor can we offer any specific advice on fees or additional taxes that you may be charged when your merchandise arrives. We cannot make refunds to customers who do not receive shipments because they have declined to pay these costs.
